We validated the feasibility of a new service in the insurance sector aimed at an emerging segment, identifying barriers, opportunities, and key customer profiles. The study laid the foundations for an empathetic, segmented, and effective commercial strategy.
We carried out qualitative research through focus groups with travellers from different services to understand critical pain points and expectations. Based on the insights gathered, we co-created initiatives with internal teams and defined an actionable roadmap that aligned the entire organisation around a clear, customer-centric vision.
We interviewed patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, complemented by a quantitative survey, to understand the barriers and drivers of adoption for a medical device in a new market. Using the defined archetypes and customer journeys, we identified key opportunities and implemented improvements through internal workshops — refining the product, fine-tuning communication, and accelerating sales.
We organised a hands-on session with installers and distributors, using an ethnographic approach that allowed us to observe and capture authentic impressions of how the new product range was used.. The insights gathered helped refine the design and commercial messaging, strengthening trust and collaboration with the distribution channel.
